The difference is critical: with SonrisaAlign, a licensed orthodontist designs your treatment plan from beginning to end, monitors your progress remotely, and is available to intervene if anything changes.
The process begins with a digital scan at our office, which is used to design your custom aligner series. Your aligners are then fabricated and delivered to your home. You progress through the series on a set schedule, submit photos and check-ins through our monitoring app, and have periodic virtual appointments with your orthodontist. It’s a fraction of the cost of traditional in-office treatment — with the clinical oversight that mail-order companies can’t provide.

Is SonrisaAlign the Right Fit for You?
SonrisaAlign is best suited for patients with mild to moderate alignment issues — the kind of cases where traditional in-office Invisalign would work, but the patient prefers less time in the chair. It’s also an excellent option for patients who previously completed orthodontic treatment and have experienced minor relapse over the years.
Because SonrisaAlign is doctor-directed and involves clinical oversight, it is far safer than commercial mail-order aligner companies that operate without any orthodontic involvement. However, it is not appropriate for complex bite correction, skeletal issues, or cases requiring precise 3D tooth movement in multiple planes simultaneously.
