The premium, metal-free implant option. Zirconia offers the same structural strength as titanium with superior aesthetics, natural tissue compatibility, and no risk of metallic discoloration at the gumline.

Patients with metal sensitivities, thin gum tissue where dark metallic posts can show through, or aesthetic concerns about metallic components in the mouth are ideal candidates for zirconia. Because the post is tooth-colored, there is no grey shadow visible at the gumline — even with thin or receded gum tissue.
Zirconia is chemically inert and has no known allergenic potential — no metal ions leach into surrounding tissue over time.
The white post won't show through thin gum tissue or cause the grey shadowing that titanium can create at the gumline.
Studies suggest zirconia surfaces attract less bacterial biofilm than titanium — a potential advantage for long-term gum health around the implant.
Modern zirconia implants match titanium in load-bearing strength — approved for posterior placement where biting forces are highest.
Titanium remains the most widely used and longest-documented implant material in the world. For most patients, titanium is an excellent choice. Zirconia is the preferred option when aesthetics are paramount (particularly in the front of the mouth), when the patient has metal sensitivities, or when the patient has expressed a preference for a holistic, metal-free approach.
We offer both options and help you decide based on your anatomy, aesthetic goals, and clinical needs — not a preference toward either material.
