"The office is very nice and clean, they're also very speedy and get you in and out fast while still taking great care and attention to you. You can tell they value your time. Paula is probably my favorite part about this place. She made my experience so warm and welcoming. She made me want to do the 45 minute drive there because of how great she took care of me over the phone, then went I finally came in, she welcomed me in and remembered details of my concern, she gave me the best customer service I've ever received. Most dental offices are cold feeling and you feel like a number but here, they treat you like a dear friend and i appreciate feeling seen and heard in this experience. I will definitely stay loyal to this office just because of her being so awesome. I had so many choices when it came to aligners but she made me want to stop my search and quotes from other offices, just to experience the level of care she was providing me.
