From Scan to Smile in a Single Visit.
Same-day implants are made possible by digital planning that moves the entire decision-making process before surgery — so nothing is left to chance on the day of your procedure.
Pre-Surgical 3D Scan
A cone-beam CT maps your complete jawbone anatomy. Implant positions are planned virtually, and a custom surgical guide is fabricated before your surgery day.
Guided Implant Placement
The surgical guide directs each implant to its pre-planned position with sub-millimeter precision — minimizing procedure time and tissue disruption.
Immediate Crown or Bridge
A pre-fabricated or chairside-milled crown or bridge is attached to the implant on the same day — functional and aesthetic from the first appointment.
Final Restoration
After osseointegration (3–6 months), the final definitive crown or bridge is seated — often with only minor refinements needed to the provisional.

Not Every Patient Qualifies. Here's What We Look For.
Same-day implant delivery requires that the implant achieves sufficient “primary stability” at the time of placement — meaning it is stable enough in the bone to immediately support a crown without risk of movement during healing. This depends primarily on bone density and quality.
Patients with adequate bone volume at the implant site, good overall oral health, and no active infection are typically excellent candidates. We confirm candidacy at your free consultation using 3D imaging — and if same-day isn’t possible, we explain exactly why and what alternative timing would achieve the same result.
- Adequate bone density for primary stability
- No active infection at the implant site
- Confirmed with 3D CT at your free consultation

Technology That Eliminates Waiting.
A decade ago, placing an implant and delivering a tooth the same day was considered risky. Today, 3D CT planning, guided surgical stents, and in-house CAD/CAM milling have turned same-day delivery into a reliable, evidence-supported protocol used by leading implantologists worldwide.
Our in-house milling unit fabricates crowns from high-strength ceramic blocks in under two hours. Your final restoration — not a temporary — can often be seated on the same day as your implant surgery.
- In-house CAD/CAM crown milling in under 2 hours
- Custom surgical guides for precision placement
- Evidence-based protocol — not a shortcut
